When does the early bird pricing end?

April 2nd, so make sure to register now!

What is the attire?

For the Awards Luncheon and Class Parties: Business casual

For the Gala: Formal - black-tie optional

Is there a way to go back and forth between the Albany International Airport and the Hilton Garden Inn?

Yes, the Hilton Garden Garden Inn has a free shuttle that runs back and forth from the airport. Please call the Hilton Garden Inn Front Desk ( 518.396.3500) to make a reservation. The sooner you reserve, the better!

Is any other transportation provided?

Yes, free shuttles will be available to and from Albany Medical College/the Hilton Garden Inn and the Normanside Country Club (Awards Luncheon), and the Gala (Wolferts Roost Country Club). No transportation will be provided to the Class parties. We encourage carpooling and cab sharing!

Am I allowed to bring guests?

Yes, guests are always welcome at Alumni Association events.

What do I do if I have dietary preferences and/or mobility restrictions?
